This unit comes as a closed shell- foundation, walls, doors and windows, roof and 10’ ceilings. All your plumbing and wiring are pre-installed too and a water heater. We go one step farther and also give you a stained or polished concrete floor. We choose the highest quality components to give you the piece of mind providing you quality and trust.

Options
There is the option of adding additional 400 sq ft units for a bigger living space and/or garage.
All the extras you need in each room will be purchased when you want. We have a great selection of all the stuff you need at great prices.

Process
When you find a model you like or you might have another plan in mind. We then will work with you incorporating the plan you desire into your property boundaries. Just like any other type house plan, it needs to be approved by your local jurisdiction in order for us to get started building.

Once we have received your building permit, it’s now time to plan for the rough plumbing, foundations, walls with doors and windows, etc. We are proud to be building with a company called GR Building Systems, LLC.

In addition to the high strength and superior thermal qualities of the G R Building System, our wall, floor and roof panels can be computer designed and cut for precision assembly at your job site. The assembly of the wall, floor and roof panels is as simple as leveling and gluing them together. No heavy equipment or concrete pumping trucks needed to complete the shell assembly. The proprietary structural coating can be spray applied or hand toweled as desired. Our High-Impact Structural Mesh is embedded into our G R Structural Coating making it impact compliant for hurricane testing.
